Job summary

Holland Partner Group seeks a Site Superintendent I to assist in planning and organizing a construction project in Seattle. You will work with the project team to deliver quality, on‑schedule work within budget while upholding company values and safety standards.

The role requires at least two years of construction experience; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience is preferred. On-site responsibilities include coordinating crews, reviewing drawings, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Two years’ construction-related experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of Site Coordinator job functions.
• Plan with project team to ensure quality, timely, and cost‑effective construction.
• Study contract drawings, shop drawings, specs and QA programs for site use.
• Provide design critique to improve constructability.
• Direct and manage temporary labor as directed by Lead Project Superintendent.
• Oversee specific construction phases at the project site as directed.
