Job summary

The Site Coordinator at Holland Partner Group supports construction projects by coordinating field activities, ensuring quality, on-schedule delivery and budget adherence. This on-site role requires strong organization and safety focus.

Salary range is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with potential bonus. Educational requirements include a High School Diploma and preferably a Civil/Construction-related degree; one year of construction experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Strong scheduling, planning and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and field safety practices.
• Experience with subcontractors and maintaining field records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and planning of projects ensuring quality, timely, and cost-effective construction.
• Study drawings and specs to ensure compliance with design criteria and quality programs.
• Coordinate deliveries and field activities with subcontractors to support project schedule.
• Complete field records (daily/weekly reports, safety reports, etc.) and maintain documentation.
• Support site safety programs and enforce company safety standards.
