Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential construction, architecture, or project coordination.
• Reading and interpreting construction drawings and engineering documents.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Bluebeam and Smartsheet are a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with architects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams.
• Review drawings and technical documents for accuracy and compliance with standards and codes.
• Track project schedules, documentation, revisions, and deliverables throughout the lifecycle.
• Assist with permitting support, plan revisions, and field questions during construction.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Construction, Sales, Marketing, and other internal departments on project-related requests.
• Maintain organized project files, documentation, and records.
• Support quality control by identifying drawing discrepancies and coordinating solutions.
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates.
• Conduct occasional site visits to verify construction progress and assist with field coordination.
