Holland Residential LLC is seeking a Site Coordinator to assist in construction projects and support the project team in organizing and coordinating work to meet quality, schedule and budget goals.
The role requires coordinating deliveries, reviewing drawings, maintaining field records and ensuring OSHA compliance on site in a on-site Los Angeles/Long Beach area. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and one year of related experience is required.

JOB SUMMARY
Salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 annually, plus potential bonus.
The Site Coordinator is responsible for assisting in project construction and supporting the project team in organizing and coordinating a construction project so that it is finished in a quality manner, on schedule, within budget and in accordance with Holland Partner Group’s Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related discipline is preferred. Enrollment in a construction technology or management certificate program will also be considered.
Experience: One year construction-related or materials management/logistics experience required. Experience in concrete, wood/steel stud framing, drywall, and structural steel erection preferred. Military service may be considered in lieu of industry experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in related field, completion of construction technology or management certificate program, or completed construction internship with Holland may be considered in lieu of industry experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Attendance: This full-time position is exempt and requires the ability to be present and available during business hours to meet company and department needs. Additional hours or flexible schedule may be required.
Working Environment: This position takes place in a construction environment that involves hazardous work conditions requiring protective equipment and training that conforms to OSHA and applicable State Agency regulations. Some physical discomfort due to temperature, dust, and noise may occur.
