Job summary

Replications, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to serve as the on-site administrator for the 21st Century Community Learning Center program. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules and activities, and ensure program fidelity and compliance with federal grant requirements.

The role focuses on youth development, family engagement, and accurate reporting, with duties including staff supervision and collaboration with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supporting after-school/youth programs with grant requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership abilities to manage priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; able to learn school data systems quickly.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with administration, staff, families and partners.
• Coordinate schedules and daily operations of the 21st CCLC program.
• Ensure compliance with federal grant requirements and organizational policies.
• Monitor attendance, program quality and maintain documentation for reporting.
• Support family engagement activities and staff professional development.
