Job summary

Replications, Inc. seeks a Program Director to oversee a school-based after-school program (COMPASS/SONYC). You will lead daily operations, ensure safety, and supervise staff to meet DYCD requirements and organizational goals.

You will serve as liaison with the school, families, and partners, driving engaging academic enrichment and socio-emotional growth. The role focuses on compliance, program quality, budgeting, and recruitment to meet enrollment targets, with an emphasis on literacy, STEM,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a child-related field is required.
• DOE Fingerprinted and regulatory clearances required (SACC, SCR, DOH).
• Experience supervising youth programs and coordinating with schools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the school-based after-school program (COMPASS/SONYC).
• Lead staff supervision, observations, and professional development.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and fiscal accountability.
• Coordinate with NYCPS, families, and community partners.
• Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts to meet targets.
• Manage attendance, data entry, and required documentation.
