Job summary

Replications, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to serve as the on-site administrator for the 21st Century Community Learning Center program. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate schedules and activities, and ensure program fidelity and compliance with federal grant requirements.

The role focuses on youth development, family engagement, and accurate reporting, with duties including staff supervision and collaboration with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supporting after-school/youth programs with grant requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership abilities to manage priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; able to learn school data systems quickly.
• Spanish fluency is preferred.

Position Overview

the Site Coordinator serves as the on-site administrator responsible for the daily implementation, coordination, andsuccessfuloperation of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) program. Site Coordinators ensure that academic enrichment, youth development, and family engagement activities are delivered with fidelity whilemaintainingcompliance with all federal grant requirements, organizational policies, and program expectations. They supervise program staff, coordinate schedules and daily operations, communicate with families, school personnel, and community partners,monitorattendanceand program quality, andmaintainaccuratedocumentation and data for reporting. Through effective leadership and operational oversight, Site Coordinators foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that supports student success, strengthens family partnerships, and contributes to positive program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build andmaintainstrong relationships with administration, staff, families, and community partners.
• Coordinate andcollaborate with allschool-based partnerships, programs, and services.
• Oversee daily operations of the before- and after-school program to ensure alignment with 21st CCLC grant goals andOCScompliance requirements.
• Coordinate schedules,curriculum, instruction, and assessment to support student achievement in core academic areas; usingschool-baseddatato guide studentselectionand programming
• Plan andfacilitateparent engagementactivities, workshops, andCommunityforums.
• Manage site-level program budget,monitorexpenditures, complete required purchasing, andassistwith financial reporting and grant amendments.
• Maintainaccuraterecords;submitreports on program performance, attendance, and student progress to district and state asrequired.
• Support teacher professional development, site monitoring, and compliance with OCS,OSTand ELT guidelines.
• Carry outadditionalresponsibilities as assigned to meet evolving program needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or supporting after-school or youth development programs, particularly those serving high-need student populations, with a strong understanding of educational best practices and grant-funded program requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Word; ability to quickly learn and use the school-based data system
• Spanish fluencypreferred.
