Job summary

Replications, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to lead the on-site administration and operation of the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) program at PS 093 William H. Prescott.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting after-school or youth programs, especially for high-need students.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; ability to quickly learn the school-based data system.
• Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with administration, staff, families, and community partners.
• Coordinate and collaborate with school-based partnerships, programs, and services.
• Oversee daily operations of the before- and after-school program to align with grant goals and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate schedules, curriculum, instruction, and assessment using school-based data to guide decision‑making.
• Plan and facilitate parent engagement activities, workshops, and community forums.
• Manage site-level program budget, monitor expenditures, purchasing, and grant reporting.
• Maintain accurate records; submit reports on performance, attendance, and student progress to district and state.
• Support teacher professional development, site monitoring, and compliance with guidelines.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
