Replications, Inc. is seeking a Site Coordinator to advance the mission by partnering with the Community School Director, school leadership, and faculty in Brooklyn.

You will lead attendance, family engagement, enrollment growth, and community partnerships to ensure students have the conditions they need to thrive in our public education initiatives. Qualifications

• DOE fingerprinting required.
• Two years' experience in community schools or similar organizations.
• Two years of administrative experience in a school or social services setting.
• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or related field; OR an associate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead student recruitment and enrollment growth by supporting outreach plans.
• Strengthen school branding and community-based program promotion.
• Serve as primary contact for prospective families through enrollment and onboarding.
• Coordinate attendance management and collaborate with SST for interventions.
• Foster family engagement and build partnerships with local service providers.
