Job summary

The role requires an associate degree in construction management or engineering, 7 years in field engineering or construction management, and OSHA 30 certifications; 1-2

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of field engineering/construction management experience.
• 1–2 years in a managerial role preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a field team to achieve high performance and talent development.
• Oversees on-site construction activities ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Reviews daily field documentation and incident reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
