Qualifications

• Associate degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• OSHA 30 certification within 6 months of hire is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and per project specs and standards.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources, resolve issues, and manage field costs.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews and approves daily field documentation (progress reports, safety logs, pre-task plans, incident records).
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.

Education

Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.

OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification

First Aid and CPR certification

OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification
