Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and alignment with project specifications.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs and change impacts.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Reviews and approves daily field documentation, including progress reports, safety logs, and planning documentation.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders to support project success.

Education

Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
