Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of field engineering or construction management experience.
• 1-2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities for safety, efficiency and compliance with specifications.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Reviews safety logs, planning docs, and incident reports; ensures accurate reporting and project momentum.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
