Job summary

You will drive execution, foster collaboration, ensure safety compliance, review daily field documentation, and integrate prefabrication strategies into planning to maximize efficiency and project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management or related field.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of field personnel to drive performance and growth.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to manage resources and change impacts.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily field documentation and planning documentation to ensure accurate reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
