Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, 7 years of field experience, OSHA 30 certification within 6 months, and a focus on safety and regulatory compliance across complex construction programs.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 7 years of field engineering or construction management experience required.
• 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field personnel to achieve performance and growth.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety and adherence to specs.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage costs.
• Ensures safety policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements are followed.
• Reviews daily field docs and reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
