Qualifications

• Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) is required.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification required within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of field individuals to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform team, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule resources and manage change.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews daily field documentation and incident records to ensure accurate reporting.
• Communicates project status, risks, and opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
