Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a skilled Construction Project Coordinator based at our Phoenix, AZ project site. You will partner with the site construction lead to coordinate field operations, manage daily reports, and ensure drawings and specifications are followed.

You will oversee subcontractors, maintain safety and quality, prepare progress and quality inspection reports, and manage on-site records per our document control standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years of construction/field operations experience
• Associate degree + 6 years of construction/field operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead and manage daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays as needed.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official records.
• Maintain on-site records and ensure latest design revisions are used.
• Assist Project Construction Manager and support trade/subcontractor management.
