Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a qualified individual to join our project team on a Phoenix, AZ site. You will coordinate field operations, manage subcontractors, and maintain project documentation to ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

You will contribute to daily reports, progress tracking, and adherence to design drawings while supporting the Project Construction Manager as needed. 100% travel is required for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction/field ops experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction/field ops experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Monitor project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent + 9 years of construction/field ops experience

Associate degree + 6 years of construction/field ops experience

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
