Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a field operations coordinator for the project site in Phoenix, AZ. You will assist the site construction lead with coordinating field operations, daily reporting, and quality control while ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications.

You will oversee subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, maintain project records, and help prepare monthly progress reports and contract-related documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience; degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and specs.
