Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a skilled construction professional to join our Phoenix project team. You will coordinate field operations, manage scheduling, and ensure daily reporting and quality control align with drawings and specs.

You will oversee subcontractors, monitor safety and workmanship, and prepare daily and progress reports. Strong communication with project management and clients is essential for project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree with 6 years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, adherence to drawings and specifications, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with project drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work adheres to the established project schedule; escalate potential delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for review and official project records.
