Job summary

Cortica is seeking a Site Care Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary team in Dedham, MA. This on-site role focuses on optimizing client and provider scheduling to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

You will serve as the primary contact for families, coordinate with clinical and operational leaders, manage scheduling for schools contracts and value-based care, and monitor KPIs to drive scheduling success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in a client services related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and provider scheduling to optimize service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for families and collaborate with site leadership.
• Manage cancellations and rescheduling to align with provider capacity.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to integrate scheduling plans.
• Utilize scheduling tools and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency.
