High Tide Oil Company, Inc is seeking a Site Accounting Representative to join our team. The role involves a variety of bookkeeping and accounting tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment across three stations in St. Clair County.

The candidate should have attention to detail, basic math skills, and experience with cash handling while being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF creation. Prior bookkeeping experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle large amounts of cash and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Compile and sort cash, coupons and other documentation daily for 3 stations located in St. Clair County.
• Ensure every transaction, deposit, income, Bill of Laden is recorded promptly and efficiently.
• Create the daily reports for all 3 stations and upload the reports into QuickBooks.
