Qualifications

• Attention to detail and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to handle large amounts of cash and count accurately.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF creation.
• Prior bookkeeping experience.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Compile and sort cash, coupons and other documentation daily.
• Ensure every transaction, deposit, income, and fuel delivery is recorded promptly and efficiently.
• Create daily reports and upload them into QuickBooks.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit card sales.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures; protect information confidentiality.
