Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our field team in Temple, TX. You will manage worker registration, badging, and site access while coordinating with customers and the Sitemetric team to maintain security standards.

The role requires in-person work at local job sites, flexibility in shift times, and travel could be involved. A valid Guard Card (TOPS) for Texas is required to apply and you will be part of a customer-focused, safety-driven team.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and logs, troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
