Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for on-site, part-time work at Floydada, TX. You will handle worker registration, badging, and site access, while coordinating with leadership to maintain security and safety across customer construction sites.

The role requires 2+ years of high-intensity customer service, ability to pass a drug screen and background check, and adherence to SOPs in English. Shift-based hours and potential travel within the U.S. are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Clear, proactive communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage worker registration and badging at the site.
• Verify credentials and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Manage parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries and create written logs.
• Provide front-line support for access control and troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
