Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, contractors, vendors, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Verify visitor and contractor credentials and ensure compliance with access requirements.
  • Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records.
  • Issue and collect visitor badges and related materials.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and radio communications.
  • Monitor facility access points per company policies.
  • Provide information and directions to visitors and contractors.
  • Maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Enter data, generate reports, and communicate information using systems.
  • Coordinate with departments to facilitate access.
  • Support site operations through administrative tasks.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

We Build with Passion- Clean HarborsKimball, NEis seeking a Site Access Coordinator responsible for site access duties related to monitoring the entrance point of the facility. The Site Access Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for all visitors, contractors, and employees entering the facility. This position is responsible for controlling site access, maintaining accurate visitor and contractor records, providing administrative support, and ensuring compliance with facility procedures. The Site Access Coordinator works closely with site personnel and management to support safe, efficient, and professional facility operations. This is a full-time, permanent position offering hourly earnings startingwage, $20an hour, paid weekly,along with career growth and advancement opportunities. We are searching for a reliable individual with an excellent commitment to safety to join our team inKimball, NE! This is a day shift only position, Monday through Friday 7am – 5pm.

This position is not a security officer role and is not responsible for armed or law enforcement-related duties. The primary focus of the position is site access coordination, visitor management, administrative support, and customer service.
