Job summary

Sitemetric in Lancaster, TX, is seeking a full-time Access Control Officer (Morning shift). The role requires in-person work at local job sites with possible travel across the United States.

Responsibilities include worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, deliveries, and support related to access control and site security. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are worn and scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Assist with access control-related needs and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Support customers with one-time or ongoing access control needs.
