Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support customer construction sites with worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management. This field-based role requires in-person site presence and travel across the U.S. Flexibility in shift hours is required.

Responsibilities include coordinating with leadership, ensuring security compliance, and providing tech troubleshooting and customer support as needed. Compensation starts at $18/hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Detail oriented with strong prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Able to follow SOPs exactly as written.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: manage access control and site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc access control tasks as needed.
