Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for night shifts in Lancaster, TX. You will manage on-site worker registration, badging, and entry procedures to ensure safe and smooth operations at customer construction sites.

This role requires strong English communication, high professionalism under pressure, and willingness to work shift-based hours. A valid Texas Guard Card (TOPS) is required for this job site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage site access and verify identity.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned correctly.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries, maintain logs.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers.
