Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer to support customer construction sites with worker registration, badging, and access control. This full-time role requires in‑person work at local job sites, a valid Texas TOPS license, and flexibility for shift-based schedules.

You'll collaborate with leadership across the organization to ensure safety and smooth site operations, including handling parking, visitors, and deliveries with professionalism under pressure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high‑intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and long hours.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English and communicate clearly.
• Proactive in assisting customers and team members.
• Adaptable and able to handle dynamic requirements on-site.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identity on-site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are issued and scanned for headcount accuracy.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries; maintain logs.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers and sites.
