Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking a SIS Assessor in Virginia to conduct adult and child SIS assessments in home, provider, or community settings and to participate in AAIDD training for qualification review. The role is hybrid, requires travel, and supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates hold a human services degree, possess communication and organizational skills, and can work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service field and related coursework.
• Experience or training with person-centered practices and IDs DD populations.
• Ability to conduct assessments and communicate clearly with respondents.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate purpose of assessment to individual and respondents.
• Build professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct assessments timely and professionally.
• Document assessment information consistently and accurately.
• Represent PCG and client in a professional manner.
• The list of responsibilities may expand to meet contract needs.
