The role centers on Supports Intensity Scale assessments and related interview processes, requiring AAIDD training and ongoing qualification reviews.

The position is full-time and hybrid, with in-state travel to assessment locations or client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field.
• At least one year’s experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Experience conducting individual assessments with knowledge of behavior rating principles.
• Knowledge of person-centered approaches.
• SIS assessment experience preferred.
• Experience with Home and Community Based Services waivers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate the purpose of assessments to individuals and respondents.
• Foster positive relationships and liaise with internal and external customers.
• Conduct assessments timely and in a professional manner.
• Document assessment information consistently.
• Represent PCG and the client professionally.
