Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a dedicated SIS Assessor in Virginia to conduct SIS-A assessments for individuals with IDD, including potential SIS-C. The role blends in-person and virtual work settings, with AAIDD training required and ongoing education.

Hybrid work model in Williamsburg, Toano, Yorktown areas supports confidentiality of PHI. The ideal candidate will have a human services background, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and experience with person-centered practices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or related area.
• At least 1 year of experience with individuals with IDD.
• Experience conducting assessments or familiarity with SIS/behavioral principles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate assessment purpose clearly to participants and respondents.
• Build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct SIS assessments accurately and timely; document results.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the process.
• Represent PCG professionally with clients and partners.
