Job summary

Public Consulting Group—IDD SIS assessors needed in Virginia (Manassas/Gainesville/Haymarket area). Perform SIS-A/SIS-C assessments, participate in AAIDD training, and travel as required. Hybrid work arrangement with assessments at various locations.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a human-service field, and at least one year working with individuals with IDD. Prior SIS experience preferred; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human service field.
• At least 1 year experience with individuals with IDD.
• Experience with SIS assessments preferred.
• Knowledge of person-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate purpose of assessment to individuals and respondents.
• Foster professional relationships and liaise with internal/external customers.
• Conduct assessments timely and professionally.
• Document assessment information consistently.
• Represent PCG and the client professionally.
