Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) seeks a dedicated SIS Assessor in Virginia's Lynchburg/Forest area to perform SIS-A and related assessments for adults and, when applicable, children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The role requires AAIDD training, willingness to travel inside state, and a hybrid work arrangement with some in-person site visits. A human services background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• At least 1 year working with ID/DD populations.
• Experience conducting SIS assessments preferred.
• Knowledge of person-centered approaches.
• Travel 100% within state.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate assessment purpose to respondents.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct SIS assessments timely and accurately.
• Document assessment findings thoroughly.
• Represent PCG professionally to clients.
