Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human service-related field such as Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Sociology.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Supports Intensity Scale assessment principles and person-centeredness.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicate purpose and reason for assessment to individual and respondents.
• Foster positive relationships and act as liaison with internal and external customers.
• Conduct assessments timely and professionally and document assessment information.
• Represent PCG and the client in a professional manner.
