Job summary

Reliable Robotics in Mountain View, CA, is seeking a Simulation and Test Systems Manager to lead the end-to-end simulation framework and test automation infrastructure. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
• 7+ years of professional experience in simulation framework design, physics modeling, or HITL test development
• 3+ years in technical leadership or people management role
• Strong professional experience in C++ and Python for simulation, system integration, and data processing
• Excellent documentation, collaboration, and cross-functional communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Simulation and Test Systems team responsible for the end-to-end simulation framework and test automation infrastructure
• Mature engineering processes to balance rapid simulation-based testing with rigorous verification for aviation certification
• Provide technical and architectural guidance on the simulation stack, including performance, flight dynamics modeling, hardware emulation, and cloud-based parallel simulation
• Coordinate with GNC, Flight Software, Systems, Avionics, and Certification to develop roadmaps and empower the team to deliver reproducible verification tools
