Job summary

Reliable Robotics Corporation in California is seeking a Simulation and Test Systems Manager to lead the team responsible for the end-to-end simulation framework, HITL environments, and cloud-scale testing.

You will partner with GNC, Flight Software, and Certification to shape roadmaps, balance rapid testing with deterministic verification, and deliver scalable verification tools for aviation-grade software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/Robotics/Aerospace or related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in simulation framework design, physics modeling, or HITL test development.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership or people management role, scaling teams and processes.
• Strong experience in C++ and Python for simulation, system integration, and data processing.
• Excellent documentation and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Simulation and Test Systems team, owning the end-to-end simulation framework and test automation infrastructure.
• Mature engineering processes to balance rapid simulation-based testing with deterministic verification for aviation certification.
• Provide technical/architectural guidance on simulation stack, modeling, emulation, and cloud-based parallel simulation.
