Reliable Robotics is seeking a Senior Simulation Software Engineer in the United States to shape and scale our simulation software stack for safety-critical aviation systems. You will lead projects across flight software, guidance/navigation/control, and hardware test teams, building a robust, deterministic simulator and infrastructure for rapid, repeatable testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Mathematics, Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in simulation systems for aviation, automotive or similar environments.
• 7+ years in object-oriented C++ and Python (or other scripting languages).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to develop a robust, deterministic, and scalable software simulation framework for accelerating testing of safety-critical systems.
• Collaborate with flight software, guidance/navigation/control, and hardware test engineers to expand the simulation system.
• Improve the core architecture of the simulation framework for performance, reproducibility, and flexibility.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and deliverables.
