Tao Group Hospitality is building its opening teams for Hotel Cala in Tampa, offering two distinct venues, LAVO and BarOnda, with coastal Italian cuisine and vibrant waterfront experiences.

The Event Server role delivers elevated service at private events, corporate functions, and luxury experiences, working closely with Captains, Venue Management, Culinary, and FOH teams to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Previous banquet or event experience in a high-volume or upscale setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of food safety and service standards (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide elevated food and beverage service at private events, corporate functions, and venue activations.
• Execute passed hors d'oeuvres, plated meals, buffet, and beverage service.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, dietary restrictions, and event timelines.
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and room resets.
• Ensure service areas and guest spaces remain clean and presentable.
• Communicate effectively with Captains, Venue Management, Culinary and FOH teams.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
