CALIBER SIGNS & IMAGING INC in Irvine, CA is seeking an Account Manager who serves as primary contact for clients, delivering design and sales support for signage solutions.

You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, manage orders, maintain CRM data, collaborate with production and design teams, and strive to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or Corel Draw to produce design layouts for presentations and proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional client interactions.
• Inside Sales and/or Customer Service experience in signage or related industry.
• Product knowledge of signs, graphics and related visual products.
• CRM proficiency to manage customer data and track activities.
• Time management and organizational abilities for multiple projects.
• Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.
• Detail-oriented in quotes, orders and records.
• Strong phone contact handling, active listening and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Handling inquiries: Respond to new and existing client inquiries about signage products and services.
• Providing quotes, proofs and proposals: Gather project details, calculate costs, present quotes.
• Building relationships: Develop and maintain strong client relationships for loyalty.
• Managing the sales process: Guide clients from inquiry to closing deals.
• Order processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
• Collaboration: Work with production and design teams to meet customer expectations.
• Customer service: Deliver high-level service and resolve customer needs; go the extra mile.
• Maintaining CRM data: Accurately track customer interactions and sales activities.
• Meeting sales targets: Achieve and exceed sales goals contributing to growth.
