This senior role is highly accountable, directly impacting revenue, margin, and customer experience, requiring strong client communication and organizational skills.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in signage or related industry.
• Experience estimating and managing complex projects.
• Strong client communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify inbound opportunities and assess project fit.
• Develop accurate estimates for sign projects.
• Maintain relationship with property management clients and fulfill signage requests with quotes and proofs.
• Follow up on proposals and convert quotes to orders.
• Address pricing questions and negotiate scope within guidelines.
• Own awarded projects from kickoff through installation.
• Design and create signage proofs.
• Create schedules and coordinate internal resources.
• Manage permitting, surveys, and municipal approvals.
• Coordinate shop drawings, production, and material procurement.
• Schedule and manage installation crews or subcontractors.
