Job summary

Prov osigncompany is seeking an Account Manager in the signage sector to deliver exceptional customer service, design support, and sales growth. You will be the primary client contact, handling inquiries via phone and email, presenting quotes and proofs, and driving the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.

Responsibilities include order processing, collaboration with production/design teams, maintaining CRM data, and meeting sales targets while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience using Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW to prepare design layouts for proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• Inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in signage or construction.
• Strong knowledge of signs and graphics; understanding of visual communication products.
• Proficiency with CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Attention to detail in quotes, orders and records.
• Solid negotiation and phone handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from new and existing clients about signage products and services.
• Provide quotes, proofs and proposals with accurate project details.
• Build and maintain relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to close.
• Process orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to meet expectations.
• Deliver high-level customer service and resolve issues.
