Job summary

CALIBER SIGNS & IMAGING INC is seeking an Account Manager in Irvine to deliver exceptional customer service, design and sales support for signage solutions. You will be the main contact for clients, handling inquiries via phone and email and developing key accounts.

Responsibilities include providing quotes, proofs and proposals, building client relationships, guiding the sales process, and coordinating with production and design teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with signage design and customer account management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Inside sales and/or customer service experience.
• Strong knowledge of signs and graphics.
• CRM proficiency to manage customer data and track sales activity.
• Time management and organization to handle multiple projects.
• Detail-oriented with quotes, orders and records.
• Strong phone contact handling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from new and existing clients about signage products and services.
• Provide quotes, proofs and proposals based on project details and costs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Guide clients through the sales process from inquiry to closing deals.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to meet expectations.
• Deliver high-level customer service and resolve issues; go the extra mile for clients.
• Maintain CRM data with customer interactions and sales activities.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to growth.
