ZP Connect seeks an Interpreter to provide high quality Sign Language interpreting through video in a call center and on-site at various customer locations. Must be fluent in American Sign Language and English, with strong interpreting skills and adherence to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Position includes guaranteed 36 hours per week (potentially up to 40), comprehensive benefits, and travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent American Sign Language and spoken English required.
• Must pass interpreting skills assessment.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality Sign Language interpreting via video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site.
• Maintain professional and respectful customer service.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and NAD-RID Code of Conduct.
• Travel to client locations as needed.
