ZP Connect is seeking a full-time Sign Language Interpreter to deliver high-quality interpretation via video and on-site at various customer locations. The role requires fluent American Sign Language and spoken English, adherence to NAD-RID Code, and strong interpreting skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English
• Three to five years interpreting experience preferred
• State licensure or credentials as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and onsite interpreting for consumers
• Maintain professional conduct and customer service
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies
• Travel to client sites as needed and collaborate with teammates
