ZP Connect is seeking a full-time Sign Language Interpreter to deliver high-quality interpreting via video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site at client locations. You will interpret between American Sign Language and spoken English, adhering to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct and completing a 40-hour New Hire Training.

Responsibilities include providing accurate interpretation, maintaining professional standards, and supporting a respectful customer experience.

Competenze

• Fluent ASL and spoken English language skills.
• Ability to provide accurate interpretation.
• Strong understanding of Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Three to five years of interpreting experience (preferred).

Mansioni

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and onsite interpreting.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professional attitude.
• Adhere to policies and FCC regulations and maintain documentation.
• Adapt to new technologies and manage shifts with minimal supervision.
