ZP Connect is seeking a part-time Sign Language Interpreter to provide high-quality American Sign Language interpreting via video and on-site at customer locations. The role requires fluent ASL and spoken English, accurate interpretation, and adherence to the NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities include video relay, remote interpreting, on-site assignments, excellent customer service, and professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required for accurate interpretation.
• Adhere to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Three to five years interpreting experience preferred.
• State licensure or credentials as applicable.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide effective video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting.
• Support and model the organization’s mission and values.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and respect.
• Demonstrate punctuality, preparedness, and accurate record keeping.
• Comply with FCC regulations and company policies.
• Adapt to new technologies and multi-task between interpreting tasks.
• Travel as needed to various locations.
