Job summary

ZP Connect seeks qualified interpreters to provide high-quality ASL/English interpretation via video, telecommunication, and on-site at client locations. The role supports hearing-impaired customers with professional conduct and accurate interpretation.

Applicants should have ASL fluency, English proficiency, and knowledge of NAD-RID standards. Training is provided; travel to sites may be required, with flexible scheduling and telehealth options available.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English are required.
• Provide accurate interpretation.
• Understand Deaf culture and NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting.
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain professionalism.
• Adhere to FCC regulations and company policies.
• Travel to on-site locations as needed and maintain readiness for shifts.
