Job summary

ZP Connect is seeking a qualified interpreter to provide high-quality ASL interpretation via video relay, video remote interpreting, and on-site at various customer locations. The role emphasizes professional conduct, excellent customer service, and adherence to NAD-RID standards.

The position requires fluent ASL and English, completion of a 40-hour New Hire Training, and willingness to travel as needed. Roles are part-time, offering flexible scheduling and telehealth-related benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent ASL and spoken English required.
• Must pass the interpreter skills assessment.
• 12 hours per week scheduling is required.
• You must be 18 years or older to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality ASL interpretation via video relay service, video remote interpreting, and on-site interpreting for consumers.
• Support and model the company’s mission and values; deliver excellent customer service.
• Adhere to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct and FCC regulations; maintain professionalism.
• Complete training and participate in ongoing professional development; adapt to new technologies.
